Starting Prep is an exciting time! It can also be a time of uncertainty for children and parents. To make the transition to school as seamless as possible, St Finbarr's holds Prep Information Sessions for those families
with children transitioning from Kindy to Prep.
These events are held in Terms 1, 2 and 3 and are a chance for families to hear from leadership and Prep teachers, how to best prepare your child for school. Topics covered include:
- Supporting the development of your child's pre-reading skills
- Supporting the development of your child's numeracy skills
- Supporting the development of your child's fine and gross motor skills.
